Simple meatloaf
Preheat oven to 325 - Mix dry items in bowl add Worcestershire and garlic mix well, add onion and red bell pepper and bread crumbs and ground beef, mix well, shape into a loaf and place in loaf pan top with ketchup and bake 70 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy and choice of fresh vegetable.
