Suggest a better description1. Cook pasta in a boiling salted water, following packet directions, until just tender (approx 11 min).
1-1. Mix the light cream and fresh milk together
1-2. Break the eggs and beat them with a fork.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil and butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat until sizzling. Add mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, or until light golden. Remove to a plate.
3. Add bacon to frying pan. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until crisp.
4. Once pasta is cooked, drain it, and stir fry it for a while with bacon. Slowly add the mixed cream and fresh milk to the pasta. Once it's slightly thicken, turn down the heat, and add the beaten eggs to the pasta. After a minutes or two, it's ready to be served.
