Put Ore Ida mashed potatoes in the microwave, cook according to package instructions. Preheat oven on 350 degrees. Spray non-stick spray into pie or casserole dish.Set to the side. In a pot or pan brown ground meat, drain and add seasoning. Then add half a cup of water, mushrooms, and frozen vegetables (canned vegetables can be used as well). Simmer for 5 or ten minutes. Mix in Cream of Mushroom soup. Pour mixture into a glass pie dish or casserole dish. Top with 2 ounces of shredded cheese. Then smooth on a moderate layer of mashed potatoes that has been prepared according to packaged instructions. Then top with another layer shredded cheese. Place in oven until cheese has melted. Approximately 5 - 10 minutes. Cool for 2 - 4 minutes. Enjoy!
