A great entree mixture of wholly nutritious and and carb-free veggies and chicken. I would recommend organically grown ingredients as much as possible.
1. Saute mushrooms and onions in the olive oil for 5 minutes.
2. Add garlic and saute another minute
3. Add all other ingredients *except the basil* and saute for another5-10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and the other ingredients are fully heated.
4. Add in basil and stir until mixed in with the other ingredients
