1. Sautee the veggies in EVOO until tender 8-10 mins
2. In a large saucepot, brown turkey meat
3. Add chili packet and mix well
4. Once cooked add everything together. Mix, cover, simmer.
Make sure you got a big enough saucepot. It will almost fill a 6qt.
