Sieve the flour.
Now add 1 cup warm water into dry yeast and set aside.
Add sugar, salt, milk, and oil to the water/yeast mixture and mix well.
Now add the liquid mixture a little at a time to the flour to knead into a soft, semi-sticky dough. Add a little oil, then cover for 15-20 min.
Using a little flour, make several large-fist-sized balls with the dough.
Set broiler up to maximum heat (500 degrees), and put the rack on the highest position.
Now to make naan, set oven at broil and roll oval shape out of dough. Then place it into oven on a baking sheet and let it get slightly brown and bubbled (about 2 min.) Take it out, flip them, and let them cook another 30 seconds. After taking it out, apply some butter on them.
