Joann's recipe for cooked chicken
Combine soup, 1 cup Velveeta, chilies, and onions (cook in microwave till tender) in medium bowl. Stir together milk and flour blending well and add to soup mixture. Mix; Place 1/3 cuup tortilla chips in bottom of a 10x 6 by x 2 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Top with half of the chicken, then half of the soup mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar or Monterrery cheese over top. Bake at 350 for 20 - 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle remaining tortilla chips around the edges. Garnish center with your choice of chopped tomatoes and sliced olives if you wish to.
You may want to double recipe, if you do, place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
