In large pot heat oil, add onion, cook until tender and golden, 6 min, then add garlic, cumin, chili powder and cayenne and stir until fragrant, 1 min.
Add tomatoes, corn, beans and chicken and stir until combined, add chicken broth.
Bring to simmer and let cook, 15 min, then stir in heavy cream and cheese until melty.
Garnish with above ingredients.
