Brown & drain beef
Return drained beef to fire Add taco seasoning and water.
Let simmer, occasionally stirring
While beef is simmering
Finely chop lettuce
Slice and dice tomato
Slice and dice onion
Combine this all together which will be used later.
Avocado (optional) :
Mash the meat of avocado
Add a couple drops of lime and stir into avocado
Add salt to taste
Finishing up:
Layer chips on plate (heat chips if desired)
Add 1/2 cup of prepared beef over chips
Add half the cheese
Add another layer of chips
Add another 1/2 cup of prepared beef over chips.
Add the other half of cheese.
Optional:
Heat finished product in microwave to melt the cheese
