-grated your cheese
-chop your green or red onion
-wash your cilantro and chop only the leaves you will be using for this recipe
-cook the meat on medium until there is no more pink
-add water to the taco mix, per the instructions on the pouch
-stir in taco mix and reduce the heat to low and simmer until the seasonings incorporate into the meat (~3-5 mins). Remember the meat is already cooked, you are just blending the seasonings into the meat.
-heat the oven to 300 degrees
-take a baking tray and line it with the tortilla chips
-scoop some of the taco meat on each chip
-spread lightly with the cheese
-top with the onion
-bake for ~5 mins (keep an eye on it so the chips do not burn. As soon as the cheese melts it is ready)
-Top with pepperoncini and cilantro
