Adjust oven rack to a high position for broiling. Spread beans on chips with
dinner knife. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Be careful
not to get any on the cookie sheet. Put a few drops of taco sauce on each.
Broil just until cheese begins to melt. Watch very carefully! Place on serv-
ing plate. Serve.
Remember, when broiling, don?t preheat.
