This is my Dad's favorite pie!
Blind bake pie shell at 400 for 12-15
Cool pie shell
Slowly melt white and brown sugar together
Blend milk into cooled caramel
Add egg yolks, vanilla and salt
Mix in flour
Pour into pie shell
Beat egg whites and sugar until they form stiff peaks
Cover pie with egg whites
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes
