Cheese cake dessert
Use cake sheet. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter. Place in bottom of pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 3 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour onto sheet and bake for 20 min at 375. Cool 10-15 min. Mix 1 pint of sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla and top dish. Cook 10 min @ 375. Cool and cut.
