Best chocolate chip cookies EVER!
Cream butter, shortening and sugars.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients, then add to wet.
Cover and chill dough for 1/2 hour.
Preheat oven 375°.
Scoop dough on to parchment lined pan.
Bake cookies 8-10 minutes. Watch cookies carefully after 7 minutes. Do not over bake!
