Comfort food favorite! Good for a crowd!

Cook and drain pasta. Put in pan and toss with butter. Then add in cubed cheese with warm pasta.
Melt butter in pan. Add flour, salt, dry mustard, pepper and sir over medium heat for 3 minutes
Add milk to above, whisk until hot, not boiling (about 10 minutes)
Add rest of cheese, shredded or cubed, until melted.
Pour over pasta, mix well.
Bake at 375 degrees fro 25-30 minutes.
