Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to make 1.75 cups of liquid.
Place sugar, syrup and gelatin in a saucepan.
Heat until sugar and gelatin is dissolved.
Blend flour and lemon juice and add to saucepan and heat, stirring continually until boiling.
Cool well, leave until mixture starts to set before beating. Beat until thick and white, add pineapple.
Beat until starts to set.
