Suggest a better descriptionMix everything together with hands & form into a squat loaf shape in a baking dish with a little room between the loaf & the pan edges. I dont use a loaf pan. You get a better crust with a free form loaf & it doesn't soak in the grease. Bake at 350-400° until interior temp is 165°. Pour off grease if necessary.
