A play on the classic Napa Ramen Salad
Lightly brown the Ramen noodles, seeds and nuts in the butter in a saute pan over medium heat.
Mix Napa Cabbage and scallions together in a large bowl.
Dressing: Bring olive oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce to a boil, remove from heat and let cool.
Just before serving, put noodles, seeds and nuts, and dressing over cabbage and scallions and mix lightly.
