Awesome delicious.
1. Season Brisket with salt and pepper. add olive oil to very large saute pan on high heat and brow the brisket on all sides.
2. After caramelized dd to slow cooker, with stout beer, can of chopped tomatoes, salt & pepper, 8 hours.
3. After 4 hours, add 1 tbls of olive oil to a very large pot on medium heat then add onions and garlic and caramelize. Once onions & garlic brown, add in the pepppers and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.
4. Add in beans, tomatotes, and seasonings (except chocolate) and stew on low heat until brisket is finished cooking.
5. Once brisket is done, pull it apart using two forks so that it is completely shredded. Add the entire pot of brisket including the beer and tomatoes to pot of chili.
6. Thicken with tomatoe paste if need be. Finish by stirring in chocolate and seasoning with salt and pepper.
