Suggest a better descriptionslowly heat the milk & cream, bring to simmer, add the cheese. Poor a little of the mix over the whisked egg yolks, then add back to the big cream mix.
Cook in bain marie at 120c for around 20-30mins, until set
to serve, cover the chilled brulee in fine grated parmazan and blowtoarch to form toppings
