Suggest a better descriptionFry the diced onion, celery, garlic in a little olive oil, cook for 5 minutes on medium heat until the veg is soft
add the cut up broccoli florets and 100ml of water, bring to the boil, add the veg stock power
Cook for 15minutes, until the broccoli is soft
Blend with hand blender and pass through sieve
If too thick, add a little water
