Peel & boil the Celeriac in salted water until tender. Drain, return to the pan and steam-dry for a few mins. .
While the celeriac are boiling, heat the butter and cream in a saucepan with salt.
Mash well, then add the cream and butter mix and continue mashing until smooth.
