Preheat oven to 375F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
Cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix until incorporated.
In a second bowl, combine flour, ground oatmeal, salt, baking powder, baking soda. Add to wet mixture.
Add chocolate chips and grated chocolate.
Roll into one tablespoon balls and place two inches apart on cookie sheets.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until just lightly golden brown. Cool on cooling racks.
