Grease bottom of 9 X 13" pan. Crumble biscuits into crumbs. Cover with enough hot water to moisten. Add eggs and beat with crumbs. Add cocoa, vanilla, milk and sugar. Mix thoroughly. Pour into pan. Bake at 400 degrees until pudding sets.
