Suggest a better descriptionCombine pork with soy and five spice, marinate 20 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon oil over high heat. Quickly sear and toss half the pork 2 minutes. Remove. Repeat with remaining oil and pork. Remove. Toss onion, beans and capsicum. Add pork, sweet and sour sauce, allow to heat through. Finish with nectarines. Serve with steamed rice and wok-fired Asian vegetables. This recipe has been developed in accordance with National Heart Foundation Dietary Guidelines. NOTES : Pork cooking time: 6 minutes.
