A crunchy-style stuffing (for turkey or standalone)
PREVIOUS NIGHT:
Cut loaves of bread into 1/2" cubes (remove crusts).
NEXT MORNING:
Beat eggs w/celery leaves
Add season salt, sweet marjoram, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning to eggs.
Stir in bread cubes, chopped onions and diced celery.
Put in buttered casserole dish (glass Pyrex preferably).
Ensure dish is room temperature before cooking!
Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Check every 5 minutes afterward to get desired browning of bread on top.
Final dish should be semi-crunchy on top and soft/moist underneath.
