Cook rice in a rice cooker
In a large pot, melt buttter over medium-high. Add celery, scallions, and garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Add Creole seasoning and cook 1 min. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon, and shrimp and cook about 4 minutes until opaque. Serve over rice.
