A different kind of potato salad made with cottage cheese. It's the only kind of potato salad I will eat.
1. Wash and quarter potatoes. Boil 15-20 minuts. Drain.
2. In a large bowl, layer half of the potatoes, some mayo, half the cottage cheese, sprinkle on salts and pepper and half the green onions.
3. Repeat layers.
Do not stir!
