Reminder you'll need a graham cracker crust.
Mix all ingredients in a blender adding 1 egg at a time. They will not all fit in at once so mix the ingredients half at a time.
Pour batter over a crumb crust in a spring form pan. Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in for 1 additional hour. Remove from oven and allow to cool 1 hour then refrigerate.
Serve with topping if desired.
