Crumble cookies add butter put in cake pan and cool for 30 minutes
Filling:
Whisk the egg with the yolk and sugar until soft and light.
Add the vanilla extract and the cream cheese a little bit at the time.
While whisking add the lemon juice and heavy cream then pour in the cake pan.
Cook at 320F for 60 minutes and 345F for 20.
Spread the yogurt on top of the cake and let it cool.
