Best cheesecake ever
With Mixer-Combine sour cream, cream cheese & sugar, adding one egg at a time. Add flavorings.
Crust Ingredients:
3/4 C sugar 3 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 1/2 Sticks of Butter
Press graham cracker crust into Medium spring-form pan. Add filling
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes reduce heat to 325 for one hour.
Turn heat off and leave cake in oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Cool completely before opening pan!
