Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter, stir in flour til smooth and thickened. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly to keep smooth. Add salt, paprika and cayenne. Add sherry. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Use this sauce with shrimp, crab, or salmon as a filling for crepes or omelets. Or serve over cooked egg noodles. Top each serving with additional sauce and grated Swiss cheese.
