Suggest a better descriptionMelt oleo in a saucepan. Add water and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add sugar, flour, soda, salt, eggs, milk with vinegar added and vanilla. Stir slightly. Pour into a greased and floured oblong cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. While cake is baking you can make icing.
Icing
Mix in sauce pan oleo, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil and add confectioners sugar, nuts (opt) and vanilla. As soon as cake is out of the oven pour icing on cake and spread it over cake. You can sprinkle with nuts if desired.
Cool and cut into squares.
