In a bowl, mix the flour, salt and pepper. Set aside. Cut breast in half crosswise. Pound it to 1/2 to 1/4 inch thick. Dredge in the flour mixture.
Heat the olive oil on sauté, med/high for 4 minutes. Add the chicken and sauté for 2 minutes per side, till lightly browned. Remove to a plate. Sauté the prosciutto till lightly browned. Add the butter, garlic, shallots and mushrooms. Sauté for 5 minutes, stirring now and then.
Add the wine and simmer for a minute. Put the chicken back in the pot and PC on High for 10 minutes.
While that cooks stir together the water, cream and Wondera, until there are no lumps. Set aside.
When the timer is up, do a quick release. Turn the pot to sauté, medium. When the sauce simmers, add the cream mixture, stirring the whole time. Cook until thickened.
Serve over noodles or rice.
