These steaks simply disappear, great flavor
Start by making the marinade. Combine the italian dressing, olive oil, garlic salt, salt, and everglades seasoning in a small mixing bowl.
Take steaks and tenderize it with a mallet. take one steak and spread 1/2 tablespoon of california seasoning on one side of the steak, lightly use mallet to press the seasoning in , now flip steak over and use 1/2 tablespoon steak rub on this side and use mallet to press it in. repeat for all steaks!
Now take steaks and put into a 12in glass dish and pour marinade over all steaks make sure marinade coats them well, cover the dish and put into fridge for 3 hours for best flavor...
3 hours are up, so now take the steaks out of fridge and put on the grill cook one side for about 2min and flip and cook next side for 2 min this helps seal the flavor continue to flip as before until steaks are at desired temp or doneness...
