Beat together cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add heavy cream in about 1/4 cup increments, until all incorporated.
Add condensed milk. Beat until smooth.
Pour into crust. Set aside.
For the filling i like to separate the cherries from the canned filling and use just the gel and arrange the Maraschino cherries in a circular pattern... ( Much prettier than just dumping the whole can :)
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
