This is a quick and easy way to make these cookies! They have set everytime I've made them this way!
In a medium saucepan combine sugar, cocoa, margarine, and milk.
Bring to a boil and stir constantly. Let boil for no more than 1 minute and then remove from heat. If it boils too much longer than that it will start to dry out and will not set.
Stir in the peanut butter and keep stirring until the peanut butter has melted. Next stir in the quick oatmeal.
Set out some wax paper and drop the mixture onto it spoonful by spoonful. Let set about 40-45 minutes.
