Suggest a better descriptionin medium saucepan mix together sugar- butter- cocoa and milk. cook over medium heat until it boils. boil for 1 minute. take off heat and add vanilla and peanut butter. let melt, then add oats. spoon over waxed paper. makes about 3 dozen 2 inch cookies. they do not need to be refridgerated.
