1. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. (You can use a food processor to speed up the process, add the dry ingredients and then add the vanilla, peanut butter and chocolate (be aware that your chips will no longer be chips and will be ground up by the food processor and assimilated into the mixture.)
2. Roll into balls and place in freezer for about 1 hr. until they are set (i.e hardened) ( I place them on a baking sheet lined with baking or wax paper)
3. Enjoy and eat for breakfast, a snack or even dessert!
Alternatives to Try: cutting the sweetener by 1/2 and then rolling the balls in monk fruit or rolling the balls in shredded coconut or cinnamon
Can substitute the almond flour or hemp seeds with coconut flour.
Know this is hard to mess up!
