Easy, delicious no bake cake perfect for showers or any get together
Start by taking two bowls (if you're using two packets of the same flavor Jello-o you only need one large bowl) Split applesauce evenly between two bowls. Add one packet of Jell-o to each bowl and stir well until all the Jell-o has dissolved.
Take a large rectangle cassarole dish and lay down a layer of graham cracker, make sure crackers are touching eachother.
Then lay down a smooth even layer of one of the flavors of applesauce, then another layer of cracker. Alternate crackers and applesauce until you run out of one ingredient or the other, ending in a top layer of graham cracker.
Cover entire cake with Cool Whip.
Let sit in fridge 2-3 hours
