Suggest a better descriptionMix sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in a medium-large (3 qt) sauce pan.
Boil for 1 minute.
Take off heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
When all is mixed add oatmeal in half cup measurements until thick. You may not use the whole 3 cups. When you stop seeing white oatmeal, you should be good.
use a teaspoon to portion onto wax paper.
