An easy version of the classic recipe.
Simmer beef, sauce, and water for 10 minutes in saucepan. Combine rest of ingredients except cheese and noodles for the cheese filling. Pour 1 Cup of sauce in the bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Layer 3 pieces of uncooked lasagna noodles over sauce. Cover with 1/3 of sauce and 1/2 filling and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350? for 55-60 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
