This lasagna is made super simple by skipping a step. You don't need to boil the noodles.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and eggs; mix well. In 13x9 glass baking dish, spread 1 cup pasta sauce. Layer with half each uncooked lasagna noodles, cottage cheese mixture, sausage or beef, remaining pasta sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering.
Tightly cover with aluminum foil; bake for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more or until hot and bubbly. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
