2. Place potatoes, broth, garlic powder and onion powder into 4 at crock pot.
3. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours, stirring every hour or so until tender.
4. Using hand masher, mash potatoes until smooth, Stir in butter, sour cream, parsley and cream cheese. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
5. Serve or keep warm until serving.
