In a large pot, mix all of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
Stir, reduce heat to medium and cover.
Stir regularly until vegetables are cooked to preference and turkey is tender.
The rice and turkey will suck up a lot of the chicken broth/water, so you may need to add more. This recipe is a guide; it's so simple that you can adjust the ingredients to your liking.
