Grease and flour the bottom of an 8 1/2x4 1/2x2 1/2 loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl sift together dry ingredients. Add veg.oil and orange juice
Beat until smooth. Add orange rind. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold
Into mixture. Turn into loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven for
Sixty minutes. Cool 10 min. In pan. Remove from pan. Cool on rack.
(you may substitute 1/2c. Pineapple juice for orange juice and 1 tsp.
Vanilla for grated orange.)
