Mix yogurt with the flour.
Add in baking powder.
Add the coconut in.
Combinne with the egg.
Form into little roll-able balls and roll them out about 1-inch thick.
Put in oven gas 4 for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite jam.
P.S.: Instead of adding coconut, add sultanas or other dried fruit or whole black pepper if you are going to serve with cheese.
