This is an easy yet delicious way to cook a roast with incredible gravy, no one will believe you didn't slave over it for hours!
Combine cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix packet and pepper in a crock pot. Add enough water to make the mixture the consistency you would like your gravy. (If you have a really large roast you can add another can of cream of chicken soup if you like.) Place the roast in the crock pot and coat in the soup mixture laying the roast fat side up.
Cook on Low for 7-9 hours or High for 4-6 hours.
Your gravy is ready! Enjoy!
