Carefully move dough to a flat, floured surface. Let dough rise for 15 minutes. Flour a towel, and carefully flip the dough to the towel; let it rise for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 450 degrees with the dutch oven in the oven. Carefully move dough to dutch oven, bake for 30 minutes with the cover on. Cook for an additional 15 minutes with the cover off.
