no knead wholemeal bread
Put flour in a bowl and mix in all the dry ingredients. Make a well and put the water in. Bring in from the sides until you have a dough. Stretch out on a board to a rectangle. Roll up length wise into sausage shape to place in your loaf tin. Press down edges so middle is rounded. Leave to rise until it has reached edge of tin. Bake 180* for 35-40 mins. Taps hollow when cooked.
If you want to make the evening before. Prepare about 9pm and put a damp tea towl over it before placing in bottom of fridge. In morning take out, heat oven and cook as usual
